Waikite (February 2004) 

A thermal valley, 10 km from Wai-o-Tapu and Waimangu. From Te-Manaroa spring, thousands liters of very warm water (almost 80 °C) are going out every second. After some hundred meters, it is cooled till 40 °C, to be used in very nice baths.
